Louise W. Kelly, a resident of Cadia Broadmeadow, passed away peacefully on Feb. 28,2014 at the age of 103. Originally from Bound Brook, NJ, Louise moved to Middletown in 1995. She was predeceased by her husband, Jim, and her five sisters.
