• Sen. William V. Roth Bridge (Del. 1) over the Chesapeake & Delaware Canal – rehabilitation and repairs to post tensioning ducts, stay cables and other miscellaneous work on. Cost: $2.8 million
• Expansion of DART Mid-County Facility to add six maintenance bays and parts storage for maintenance of DART buses. Cost: $7.2 million.
• Expansion of Del. 299 Park & Ride near Del. 1 interchange. Cost: $1.4 million.
• Bridge maintenance on 30 bridges along I-495, Del. 141, I-95 and other locations. Cost: $29.1 million.
• Replacement I-95 concrete medians. Cost: $1.2 million
• Upgrades to NCC guardrails. Cost: $800,000
• New Castle County Greenway, Millcreek – This 1.5 mile project will complete a more than four-mile loop recreational trail. Cost: $1 million
• Reconstruction and reconfiguration of I-95 toll plaza in Newark. Cost: Approximately $43 million.
• Burial of utilities along Market Street, Wilmington. Cost: $4-5 million
• Centreville Streetscape/Traffic Calming. Cost: $3.7 million.
• Hockessin Streetscape/Drainage Project. Cost: $3.5 million.
• New Castle County Greenway Industrial Track Phase I – construction of a trail along abandoned railroad corridor from Del. 273 to the Christian River. Cost: $1.3 million.
Kent County
• Del. 10 and Sorghum Road, Kent County –Cannelizing the median at the intersection of Del. 10 and Sorghum Mill Road to accommodate eastbound and westbound Del. 10 left-turns. Cost: $400,000
• Construction of a DART Dover Transit Center in Dover. Cost: $13.3 million.
Sussex County
• Del. 404/Newton Road Railroad Crossing, Bridgeville – Addition of gates, updating cantilever lights and controller, and replacement of pre-cast concrete surface. Cost: $400,000
• Rehoboth Beach Boardwalk Refurbishment Phase II and III. Cost: $7.4 million
• Reconfiguration of Rehoboth Park & Ride/Destination Station. Cost: $500,000. The U.S. Congress, under SAFETEA-LU, has provided $1 million in federal earmark funds to support the creation of Destination Station.
