The first Appoquinimink School District Choral Festival will be held Friday, May 1, at 9:30 a.m. at Appoquinimink High School. More than 350 students will perform and represent grades third- through 12th-grade.  


    The first Appoquinimink School District Choral Festival will be held Friday, May 1, at 9:30 a.m. at Appoquinimink High School. More than 350 students will perform and represent grades third- through 12th-grade.   
    Choral groups from all around the district will perform a variety of selections for their fellow peers. Students, teachers, parents, friends and family can enjoy the talented vocals from students who share their passion for melody.
    This four-hour celebration will include Brick Mill, Cedar Lane, Olive B. Loss, Silver Lake and Townsend elementary schools, Alfred G. Waters and Everett Meredith middle schools and Appoquinimink and Middletown high schools.
    Organizers for the festival include music educators Kristin Last from AGW, Ruthann Pyle from MMS and Ryan Moseley from AHS.
    Appoquinimink High School is located at 1080 Bunker Hill Road Middletown.
