Delaware Fillies to host softball try-outs

Delaware Fillies Fast Pitch will be hosting try-outs for its travel softball teams. Try-outs will be open to all experienced players ages 8-18.

This event will be held at Delmarva Power Fields, 4100 South Wakefield Drive, Newark.

The following are dates and scheduled times for specific age groups:

Saturday, August 11:

10U-2:30 to 4:30 p.m.

12U-4 p.m. to 5:30 p.m.

14U- 5:30 p.m. to 8 p.m.

Sunday, August 12:

10U- 4 p.m. to 5 p.m.

12U- 2:30 to 4 p.m.

14U- 1 p.m. to 2:30 p.m.

16&18U- 10 a.m. to 1 p.m.

Thursday, August 16:

All ages 5:30 to 8 p.m.

Players are to report 15 minutes prior to their scheduled time to register and warm-up.
