- Trick-or-treating is not canceled for the town of Middletown.

The recent storm will not keep Middletown children from trick-or-treating Wednesday.
The town of Middletown still plans to have its annual trick-or-treat event from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. tomorrow.
A 9 p.m. curfew will be in affect for anyone wearing a costume or Halloween makeup.
A 10 p.m. curfew will be in affect for all children age 16 and under.
