Youth deer hunters must be ages 10 to 15 and be accompanied by a licensed or exempt adult hunter age 21 or old. They must have also completed a hunter education course, have a certification card and a Delaware junior hunting license.
The department has also designated a second waterfowl hunting day for youth and disabled hunters on Dec. 8.
