Roger P. Foraker, 74, of Townsend DE passed away at home of a heart attack on Sunday, November 4, 2012.

Born on August 9, 1938 in Townsend DE, he was delivered by his great-grandmother Foraker.

Roger was a veteran of the Delaware Army Guard and a member of the Appoquinimink Chapter of Duck’s Unlimited.
