A 17-year-old who was struck by a car on East Main Street Nov. 7 was treated for a sprained knee and ankle.
Police said that at 5:45 p.m. Nov. 7, the 17-year-old Middletown male was struck by a 51-year-old man driving a 2005 Hyundai SUV just east of Dickerson Boulevard.
