Delawareans urged to participate in Small Business Saturday

Congressman John Carney joined Mike Monagle, owner of Delaware Running Company, and Tony Leta, Delaware District Director of the Small Business Administration, for a press conference Tuesday at the Delaware Running Company to encourage Delawareans to participate in Small Business Saturday.
