Acclaimed band Rusted Root will play a New Year's Eve show at World Café Live at the Queen in Wilmington at 10 p.m.
Rusted Root will share the bill with The Hyde, of Philadelphia, Pa. Integrating the Grateful Dead's jam-heavy rock with percussion influences based from Africa, the Middle East and Latin America, the multi-instrumentalist band, of Pittsburgh, Pa., has sold more than 3 million albums. Rusted Roots is known for a number of tunes including "Send Me on My Way" and "Ecstasy."
