Obit: Arlene E. Banning

Arlene E. Banning, 83, of Middletown, DE passed away unexpectedly on Monday, March 18, 2013 with her loving children by her side at Christiana Hospital in Newark.

Born on November 14, 1929 in Odessa, DE, she was the daughter of the late Dorsey and Gladys (Muehlberger) Ennis.

On July 15, 1949, she married Oakley M. Banning, Jr., a respected lawmaker and Democratic State Representative.
