  • Teens arrested after attack

  • Dover Police have arrested two teens, Carlos Wynn, 16, and Brice Hall, 13, after they allegedly attacked a 49-year-old man.

  • Dover Police have arrested two teens after they allegedly attacked a 49-year-old man.
    The incident occurred at approximately 10:50 p.m. Oct. 7, said police spokesman Capt. Tim Stump. The victim was in the parking lot of the Dover Interfaith Mission at 684 Forest St. when he was attacked by three juveniles.
    The teens fled on foot toward Simon Circle, where two were taken into custody; the third escaped, Stump said.
    The victim sustained minor injuries in the attack.
    The teens were identified as Carlos Wynn, 16, of the 900 block of Forrest Drive, Dover, and Brice Hall, 13, of the 100 block of Harmony Lane, Dover.
    Wynn and Hall were charged with first-degree robbery, third-degree assault, criminal mischief and second-degree conspiracy.
    They were confined to the William  M. Stevenson House Detention Center, Milford, in default of $23,500 bond each.
