  • The Middletown Police Department is asking for the public's help in locating a pair of convicted sex offenders who recently failed to re-register with the state.

  • The Middletown Police Department is asking for the public's help in locating a pair of convicted sex offenders who recently failed to re-register with the state.
    Middletown residents Andre Ringgold, 28, and Ivon Bright, 52, are both Tier I low-risk sex offenders who failed to register their current status with the Delaware State Bureau of Identification by Nov. 30, according to police.
    Ringgold, whose last known residence was in the 500 block of New Street, was convicted on two counts of third-degree unlawful sexual contact in 2005.
    Bright, whose last known residence was in the 200 block of Liborio Drive, was convicted on one count of third-degree unlawful sexual contact in 2000.
    Anyone with information about either man's whereabouts is asked to contact the Middletown Police Department at 376-9950 or Delaware Crime Stoppers at (800) TIP-3333.
