An 18-year-old Townsend-area man is facing more than dozen counts of dealing in child pornography following a police raid at his home Tuesday.
Jeremy J.K. Fiske was arrested at his family’s residence in the 200 block of Loft Street in the Fairways at Odessa National neighborhood, the Delaware Attorney General’s Office announced today.
During a search of the home, police also seized multiple computers and other evidence from Fiske’s home that later was found to contain multiple files containing child pornography, according to Jason Miller, a spokesman for the attorney general’s office.
Fiske is charged with 25 counts of dealing in child pornography.
He is currently being held at the James T. Vaughn Correction Center in lieu of a $500,000 cash bail, Miller said.
Fiske’s arrest was the result of an undercover online investigation conducted by the Delaware Child Predator Task Force with assistance from the Middletown Police Department, Miller said, adding that the investigation remains open.
A spokesperson for the Appoquinimink School District said Fiske is not enrolled in any of its schools.
