    County residents can access their payment status and history online at www.nccde.org/parcelview.
    Sewer customers who have lost, misplaced or didn't receive a bill can call New Caslte County at (302) 323-2600 between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m. on weekdays.
    Any balance that remains on county sewer accounts as of April 8 will be subject to a 6-percent late fee, followed by an additional 1-percent penalty each month thereafter.
    County sewer customer can pay their bills with a single check or money order made payable to “New Castle County” using the return envelope provided in their billing statement.
    Cash, check, money order, Discover Card and debit card payments also are accepted at the New Castle County Government Center at 87 Reads Way in New Castle on weekdays between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m.
    The payments windows will remain open until 6 p.m. on Monday.
    A drop box is also available 24 hours for check and money order payments at the main entrance of the Government Center.
    Credit card payments also can be made over the phone by calling the New Castle County Finance Office at (302) 323-2600. Discover Card is accepted directly by the county, while all other major credit cards are accepted by a third-party company that charges a $5.25 service fee for each transaction of less than $650.
    Anyone with questions concerning credit card payments is asked to call (800) 420-1663.
