  • Delaware State Police seeking suspect from St. Georges for robbery of two banks

  • Today, police announced that Adam Wenzke, 45, is the suspect in the May 22 robbery of the M&T Bank at 10 Fox Hunt Drive, and the May 20 robbery of the Wells Fargo Bank at 1601 Governors Place.

  • Delaware State Police are searching for a St. Georges man who's the suspect in two bank robberies in Bear last week.
    Today, police announced that Adam Wenzke, 45, is the suspect in the May 22 robbery of the M&T Bank at 10 Fox Hunt Drive, and the May 20 robbery of the Wells Fargo Bank at 1601 Governors Place. During both robberies, he approached a female teller, stated he was armed, and demanded cash.
    Wenzke is a white male, 6'2" tall, 238 pounds, with blue eyes and brown hair. He has several tattoos on his chest and arms.
    Police are asking anyone with information about Wenzke's whereabouts to call the Troop 2 Robbery Unit at (302) 365-8440.
