Proposals are on the agenda for the next Middletown Planning and Zoning meeting on Thursday, June 19 at 7 p.m.
Proposals for a fast food restaurant, automobile service center, and a wedding cake shop are all on the agenda for the next Middletown Planning and Zoning Commission meeting on Thursday, June 19.
The meeting will be held in the Town Hall conference room at 7 p.m.
There will be three public hearings.
The first hearing is for a preliminary major land development plan at Westown Town Center at the intersection of Route 301 and Merrimac Avenue, near Walmart. The proposal includes a Wendy’s restaurant and a Valvoline Quick Lube.
The second hearing is for a request from Parkside East LLC for the approval of a record resubdivision plan of the Parkside development to modify various existing lot lines.
The final public hearing is for 1 Shallcross Place, where a conditional use permit has been requested for a wedding cake specialty store, for baking and selling wedding cakes and displaying accessory rentals such as candelabras, vases, etc. The land is in a residential-2 zoning district.
