    ORIGINAL REPORT:
    The Delaware State Police have issued a Gold Alert for a Townsend woman missing since Tuesday.
    Troopers are searching for Helen Kimmey, 84, who was last seen at her residence in the 3400 block of Harris Road at approximately 3 p.m. yesterday.
    Kimmey is a former member of the Townsend Board of Education and was the first woman to serve on the Appoquinimink Board of Education.
    She is a white female, 5'9" tall, 199 pounds, with gray hair and blue eyes. She was last seen wearing a yellow and brown shirt, and tan pants.
    Kimmey may be operating a 2006 Dodge Caravan bearing Delaware registration PC488794. She may be heading to Maryland or Florida.
    Troopers are asking anyone who may have any information as to the whereabouts of Kimmey to contact Troop 9 at 302-378-5749 or by using the Delaware State Police Mobile Crime Tip Application available to download at: http://www.delaware.gov/apps/.
