  • On June 20, the Middletown Police Department concluded a month-long drug investigation which resulted in the arrest of Reginald Crow, 23, of Townsend.
    Crow was arrested after a traffic stop at 5:40 p.m., on East Main Street in Middletown. He was found to be in possession of more than 11 grams of crack cocaine packaged for sale, a scale, and more than $600, police said.
    A search warrant was conducted at Crow’s residence in the 300 block of Main Street in Townsend where police discovered 22 grams of counterfeit crack cocaine packaged for sale and additional packaging material.
    Crow was charged with possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance in a Tier 2 quantity, possession with intent to deliver a counterfeit controlled substance, maintaining a drug property, endangering the welfare of a child (two-month-old child) and possession of drug paraphernalia, police said.
    Crow was processed and arraigned and was later released on $22,000 unsecured bail.
