Police said the girls, ages 7 and 8, were playing in an unfenced rear yard in the 400 block of West Harvest Lane, near Fields Way, when the man yelled out to them and demanded they get into his car. The girls did not comply and the man drove east on West Harvest Lane.
The man is described as black, between the ages of 25 and 35, with short hair, police said. He last was seen wearing a blue baseball cap, light blue pants, a red shirt and black sunglasses. The man was seen driving a red, four-door sedan with several black stickers and one blue, possibly with white writing, in the rear window. The vehicle also may have a broken passenger side mirror.
