Career training program to launch at libraries

New Castle County, in partnership with the Advanced Staffing Training Institute, will launch a collaborative series of workshops at local libraries designed to teach the unemployed, underemployed and the retired new skills to re-enter the workforce.

The program, dubbed "Re-Wire to be Re-Hired," will be announced at kick-off event Tuesday at the Woodlawn Library.

Advanced Staffing Training Institute offers displaced workers in the Delaware Valley teaching skills to help them gain employment in a down economy.
