The Appoquinimink High School Marching Band had their best performance of the season at the Region IX Championships and qualified for the Atlantic Coast Championships Sunday, Oct. 28.

STORY:

The Appoquinimink High School Marching Band had their best performance of the season Oct. 20 at the Tournament of Bands Region IX Championships and qualified for the Atlantic Coast Championships.

The Jaguar marching band scored a 94.6 out of 100 and placed second out of four bands in the group 4 open class at the regional competition at Appoquinimink High.

Appo also earned the awards for best visual and best auxiliary in the class.

With the 94.6 score, the Jaguars are currently seeded third going in to the Atlantic Coast Championships Sunday, Oct. 28 in Hershey, Pennsylvania.
