Citizens’ Hose Company is hosting the Kickin’ It Loose Country Music Festival Friday, Nov. 2 from 6-10 p.m. at the firehouse, 103 W. Commerce St., Smyrna.

The event features Nashville singer-songwriters Sam Grow and Taylor Phillips along with local performer Buckshot Brooks.

Grow, a Maryland native, released his debut self-titled EP in 2014, and the recording rose to No. 8 on the iTunes Country Albums chart. His follow-up and most recent compilation of music, The Blame, made its debut at No. 5 on iTunes, hit No. 8 on Billboard's Current Country Albums chart and No. 2 on Billboard’s Top New Artist Albums chart.

The concert is open to ages 16 and older only. Tickets are $25 for general admission and $50 for the VIP section which includes a meet-and-greet with Grow and an autographed photo.
