Delaware Hospice will host a new monthly “Next Step” dinner program for those who have experienced the loss of a spouse or life partner, beginning Thursday, April 22, from 6 to 7:30 p.m., at Franco’s Restaurant, 1708 East Lebanon Road, Dover. The price of your dinner is the only cost.
Losing a spouse or long-time life partner can be devastating. Given time, loving support, and normal grieving, most people adjust and eventually realize it’s time to get out again. “Next Step” dinners will help those individuals make this important transition.
Each month, the dinners will be held on the third Thursday of each month, at one of several Dover restaurants, facilitated by Delaware Hospice bereavement counselors and volunteers. An RSVP is required for each dinner to reserve a place. To RSVP or learn more, call Delaware Hospice at 302-674-4444, or email Judy Baker at jbaker@delawarehospice.org.
