Delaware Cannabis Advocacy Network teams will meet April 8-9 in New Castle, Kent, and Sussex counties and disperse throughout the state to call on citizens to take action to voice support for HB 110, the Delaware Marijuana Control Act, which would allow adults older than 21 to legally possess and consume under 1 ounce of marijuana for personal use and would regulate and tax marijuana in the same manner as alcohol.
Meetings are scheduled April 8 and 9.
April 8 meetings will be held at 10 a.m. at Bear Public Library, 101 Governors Place; Smyrna Public Library, 107 S. Main St.; and South Coastal Public Library, 43 Kent Ave., Bethany Beach
April 9 meetings will be held at 10 a.m. at Smyrna Public Library, and Georgetown Public Library, 123 W. Pine St.; and at 2 p.m. at Hockessin Public Library, 1023 Valley Road
