The Delaware Jaycees sent Middletown High School student Nathan McGraw to Washington, D.C., from July 24 to 26 as a Delaware Youth Delegate for the Global Youth Ambassador Program presented by JCI Japan.

The goal of this program is to develop the youth to be global minded leaders who seek a better future for the world through the familiarity of the United Nation’s Sustainable Development Goals. Japan youth delegates are paired with U.S. youth delegates — one each from Delaware, Maryland, Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Virginia — to work together on a UN’s SDGs-related presentation that will be shown at the JCI World Congress 2017 in Amsterdam in November.
