A portion of West Main Street in Middletown will be down to one lane from 7:30 p.m. to 6 a.m. for about three nights starting on Tuesday, Sept. 5, so work crews can install a new storm water drainage pipe.
The new pipe will go under Main Street at the intersection of Wood and Main streets and it will connect to a new drainage system being installed on Wood Street.
Traffic will be diverted to one lane near the project site.
During those night house, traffic will go down to one lane, but Main Street will remain passable. Flaggers will be on hand to stop traffic on one end and route the traffic to one side and then the other.
