Middletown Police Department is looking for tips on man's identity.

Middletown police released a video Monday of a man suspected in incidents of indecent exposure and trespassing with intent to peep.

Over the past few months incidents took place at the Broadmeadow healthcare facility in Middletown, according to a report Police Chief Michael Iglio delivered to town council Monday.

At 8:10 p.m., Sept. 10, the man exposed himself from outside to an employee at Broadmeadow, Iglio said.

A man with the same description peered into a Broadmeadow break room about 8:50 p.m. on Sept. 26. He was observed Sept. 30 by staff as he looked into several patient windows about 7:30 p.m.

Oct. 1, about 7:45 p.m., the man exposed himself outside a kitchen window at a residence on North Broad Street, Iglio said.

Police believe it’s the same man in all the cases. In most cases, the suspect exposes his genitalia to a female. He’s been linked to least eight incidents. Six occurred in the downtown commercial district during the evening.

The suspect is described as a black male in his late teens to early twenties, short crew cut, light to medium complexion, about 5 feet 9 inches to 6 feet tall with an average build.
