The Royal Farms is proposed as a 4,637-square-foot gas station and convenience store on Summit Bridge Road and Armstrong Corner Road. The store will be at the corner of those two roads.
As for the two warehouse/office buildings, they would be in the Levels Business Park. One is for 12,000 square feet and the other is 11,000 square feet.
Earlier, the Planning and Zoning Commission recommended approval of both the Royal Farms and warehouse proposals.
Also on the agenda is a motion to approve a vehicle lease agreement with PNC Bank and another agenda item to ratify a resolution for the creation of a new custody account with BNY Mellon for cash reserves and a money purchase pension plan.
