    Rep. Mike Castle (R-Del.) hosted the Financial Aid Fair at Middletown Memorial Hall Jan. 25. Prospective higher education students and parents received information on student aid and job training assistance from Delaware's educational institutions and financial agencies. This was Castle's third time hosting the event.
