A 48-year-old Middletown woman was arrested Feb. 28 after Middletown Police were dispatched to the 100 block of Vincent Circle at 2 a.m. for a report of a loud party.
Police said investigation revealed that the defendant, Mary Dicriscio, who resides at that location, was having a 21 st birthday party for her daughter. Ninteen individuals at the party were charged with underage consumption of an alcoholic beverage, of which four were under age 18.
Dicriscio was charged with providing alcohol to minors and four counts of endangering the welfare of a child. It was also learned that Dicriscio had an outstanding traffic warrant for her arrest.
Dicriscio was issued a $2,000 unsecured bond for the counts related to the party, and received a $100 secured bond for the outstanding traffic charge. She was transported to the Baylor Women’s Correctional Institution for lack of $100 secured bond.
