The Town of Odessa will not hold a Town Council election this year as no one filed to run against incumbents Councilmembers Bob Grove and John Freeman.
For the second year in a row, no one filed for the treasurer’s seat. It has remained open since Jim Grant vacated the seat in 2009.
The deadline to file was March 5.
