Elinor “Sis” Comegys, formerly of Middletown, passed away Wednesday, Feb. 17, 2010, at Bayhealth-Kent General Hospital, Dover. She was 86.
Mrs. Comegys was born Dec. 10, 1923, daughter of the late Thomas R. and Edna S. Savin. She was preceded in death by two sons, Roger S. Comegys and Jan S. Comegys; and a sister, Betty Savin Issacs.
She is survived by a son, Douglas B. Comegys of Fort Lauderdale, Fla.; and a brother, Thomas A. Savin of Townsend.
Services will be private.
Burial will be in Bethel Cemetery, Chesapeake City, Md.
