   Ashley Marie Zak Call of Townsend passed away suddenly due to a tragic car accident Tuesday, Feb. 9, in Townsend. She was 18.
    Ashley was a senior bio-technology honor student at St Georges Technical High School, which she loved so much.
    She worked as a part-time delivery driver at Glasgow Deli in Dover.
    Ashley will be missed by many of her friends and family,
    She is survived by her mother, Marlane Zak of Townsend; a brother, Andrew John Zak of Pennsylvania; a sister, Brandi Nicole Zak of Townsend; two uncles and an aunt-in-law, David Zak of Townsend, and Michael P. and Jill Boutton of Bradenton, Fla.; two aunts, Brandy Zak of Chesapeake Beach, Md., and Shawna Mesick and her companion, Sarah Whitney, of Rehoboth Beach; her grandparents, Vicki and Glenn Credit of Uncasville, Conn., and Joseph Mesick of Dover; her great-grandparents, Sue and Nelson Mesick of Smyrna; two great-aunts, April Simmons of Smyrna and Monica St. John of Columbus, Ohio; a great-uncle, Nelson Mesick and his wife, Christine, of Camden; a niece and a newphew, Leianna Haynes and David Michael Zak Jr., who were her world and thoughts of them kept a smile on her face; and many very close friends of the family, including Natashia McClausland of Dover, Florance, Anthony and Michelle Hartman of Bear, Charles Martin Little of Dover, Kari Sale of Townsend, and Viola and Wayne Cason of Sandtown.
    Services will be held 7 p.m., Tuesday, Feb. 16, at Matthews-Bryson Funeral Home, 123 W. Commerce St., Smyrna, where friends may call at 4 p.m.
    Burial will be private.
    In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions to help defray funeral expenses may be made Matthews-Bryson Funeral Home, 123 W. Commerce St., Smyrna, DE 19977.
