Mark S. Redman Sr. of Middletown passed away Wednesday, March 18, 2009, in Christiana Hospital. He was 49.
Mr. Redman was born July 23, 1959 in Wilmington, the son of Alice L. Leathern Redman of Middletown and the late Walter W. Redman Jr.
He worked as a commercial crabber and enjoyed fishing, hunting, and spending time with family and friends. Most recently, he spent the past three years caring for his mother on a continual basis.
In addition to his mother, Mr. Redman is survived by his daughter, Spring A. Nichols and her husband, Pete and their son Peter E. Jr. of Dover; a son, Mark S. Redman Jr. and his wife, Tina of Leipsic; a brother, Walter W. Redman, III and his wife, Judy of Middletown; two sisters, Betty A. Burris and her husband, Al of Clayton, and Kathy J. Colon-Leon and her husband, Jose also of Clayton; and an aunt, Pauline H. Leathern of Dover.
Services and burial were private.
