The Middletown High School girls lacrosse team built a 5-3 halftime lead at Smyrna Friday before the Eagles came back to win 10-7.

Joi Mann led the Cavaliers with three goals, while Katelyn Riley and Emma Fisher scored two apiece.

Smyrna outshot Middletown 23-20.

Emily Lewis made 16 saves for the Cavaliers who are now 7-6.
