The Middletown Cavaliers will look to stay undefeated and improve to 3-0 on the year when they travel to take on Delcastle.
The Cavaliers improved to 2-0 last week, defeating William Penn, 42-7.
Drew Fry led the way for the Cavaliers, throwing a 14-yard touchdown pass while running for two more touchdowns in the double-digit victory.
The Cavaliers have now earned two straight victories to open the season having scored 40-plus points in both; Middletown opened the season with a 41-20 victory over defending Division I State Champion Smyrna.
Delcastle enters Saturday’s contest at 1-1 on the season, fresh off an 18-0 win over Dickson last week.
The Cavaliers and Cougars will kick things off Saturay morning at 11 a.m.
Appoquinimink at St. Georges Tech Saturday, 12 p.m.
The Appoquinimink Jaguars and St. Georges Tech Hawks will meet Saturday afternoon with both teams looking to improve to 2-1 on the season.
The Jaguars enter at 1-1, fresh off an impressive 36-0 win over Delcastle last week.
Savion Field led the way for the Jaguar offense, scoring two rushing touchdowns in the victory.
Meanwhile, the Hawks also earned their first victory of the season last week, cruising past Caesar Rodney, 31-8.
Brian Benson led the way for the Hawks, scoring three touchdowns on the day, first a 36-yard receiving touchdown from Nyaire Wilson before two rushing scores, including a 23-yard scamper for six.
The Jaguars and Hawks will kick-off Saturday at noon.
