After an investigation, Middletown police obtained warrants for Darryl Trostle, 32, as the suspect in the case.

Middletown police are searching for the suspect in the bank robbery that happened yesterday on Main Street (Del. Route 299).

On Thursday just after 5 p.m., a man entered WSFS Bank at 400 E. Main St., and demanded money from the teller. The suspect removed an undisclosed amount of money and fled.

Middletown police investigated and -- based on the evidence including surveillance video -- obtained warrants for the arrest of Darryl Trostle, 32, on charges of second-degree robbery.
