Middletown police revived a man who wasn't breathing after a suspected heroin overdose on Friday.
At about 8:31 p.m., Middletown police were dispatched to Foxtail Lane for a report of an overdose.
When officers arrived, a 21-year-old man was found not breathing and unresponsive from an apparent heroin overdose, police said.
Officers administered Naloxone to the man and a short time later he began to breathe and gained consciousness.
The man was then transported to the Middletown Emergency Room for further treatment.
No other injuries were reported.
No charges were filed, police said.
