The Middletown Transcript is publishing a Community Guide. Clubs, youth groups, sports leagues and churches are encouraged to send their name, address or meeting location, date and time of meetings/services, and contact information for inclusion in the guide.

Attention nonprofit clubs, youth groups, sports leagues and churches: your contact info is needed for the Middletown-Odessa-Townsend Community Guide to be published by the Middletown Transcript.

The Community Guide will be a resource for residents, especially for newer residents, with listings of clubs, youth groups, sports league and churches, along with information the Transcript staff is compiling on schools, town governments, police departments, fire companies, parks, libraries, museums, senior centers and more.

There is no charge to be listed.

Each listing should include the following information:

1. Name of nonprofit club, group, league or church,

2. Address of your building/facility or the location of your meetings or services,

3. Date and time of meetings, services, or in the case of sports leagues the time when registration is held,

4. Contact information such as a phone number, email address, website and/or Facebook page.

Please email those four items to Middletown Transcript editor Ben Mace at:
