The Middletown Cavaliers defeated Concord, 20-3, on Friday night to finish the regular season undefeated at 10-0.
Drew Fry kicked off the scoring in the first, giving the Cavaliers a 7-0 lead after a quarterback-keeper from the one yard line.
Later, Fry would connect with Kenneth Edelin for a 29-yard score through the air to put Middletown up 13-3 at halftime.
In the second, Kedrick Whitehead scored on a 25-yard touchdown on the ground to give the Cavaliers the lead for good.
At 10-0, the Cavaliers finish the season as the second team in Division I to end the year undefeated along with Smyrna who accomplished the feat on Friday night as well in a 56-7 win over Polytech.
Both Middletown and Smyrna are likely to received first-round byes in the DIAA Football State Tournament which begins next week.
